We had so much fun planning the catering for this event at Globe & Mail Centre in Toronto with Presidential Gourmet and TRIA. The theme for the conference was Climate Change so the emphasis was on celebrating locally-sourced and home-made treats, with a whimsical style! From the ‘Harvest Your Own Herbs’ at lunch (with tiny scissors), to the ‘Eh’ Cookies during afternoon break, the guests were entertained by the feast!
