Had the opportunity to attend the Opening Reception of Nordstrom to Toronto. It was an exquisite affair, complete with a fashion show featuring some of our talented Canadian designers and a lovely ‘swag’ takeaway, courtesy of Sugarfina.
It was such a pleasure to spend a summer evening at Alison Milne Gallery on July 20. Thank you to Alison Milne for the invitation! The gallery is exquisite, and the walled courtyard garden has a serene, California feel. It is a wonderful, unique space for corporate events, tastings, and private dinners.
Having designed and managed events at Arta Gallery in the Distillery District, it was so lovely to attend as a guest on July 7th for the Opening Reception of Paul Joliceour’s solo show Street of Colours along with Land and City, featuring C. Loeb, C. Casuccio, B. Service, and E. Hardings. Thank you, to Arta Gallery for the invitation! An assortment of beautiful pieces and vivid colour.
Enjoyed a beautiful, (and hot!) summer evening at the launch for The Berkeley Bicycle Club Event Venue, held on July 6. Thank you, to The Berkeley Bicycle Club for the invitation to such a lovely evening. A gorgeous space for designing events, filled with an array of eclectic art pieces. This venue is wonderfully suited to an elegant VIP dinner or wedding.
Back in Toronto and back at it! A round of site visits today with a client sourcing venues for an upcoming event. One of the venues we visited today was Kasa Moto, located in the Yorkville area of Toronto. The imitate patio and private dining space make for a gorgeous, and elegant combination for your event.
Been back and forth for site visits in Vancouver and it was wonderful to see the events come to fruition after a number of months of planning, design, and sourcing local Vancouver vendors in collaboration with HOOPP and TRIA. Just got back after a week of managing the event onsite in Vancouver for HOOPP’s LEAP Conference & Awards Combination, celebrating Sustainability in Real Estate. We were so fortunate to work with (and stay at) the beautiful Four Seasons Vancouver as our host venue for the Conference, and a fantastic team at Marine Gateway & Cineplex Cinemas Marine Gateway VIP, the combined venues for the Awards. Marine Gateway was still under construction when this planning begun so it made this project a particularly exciting evolution! I always love designing and setting up the décor for events, and this onsite was no exception – our new friends at By Nature Design created this stunning Mosswall for us as the Awards Step-and-Repeat, and the piece itself became something of a ‘Rockstar’. Well done, By Nature Team! It was such a fun ‘build’! Here are some shots I took ‘on the fly’ while setting up the décor onsite before the guests arrived!

May has been a bit of a whirlwind! From Metro Toronto Convention Centre to Toronto Congress Centre, been onsite for multi-day events lately. Events hosting 3000 guests, 100 speakers and 500 exhibitors.
